Khelys The Posable Mouse Doll

Recently I was contacted on etsy by someone who was interested in a rat doll.  They gave me a description and than nonchallantly said they weren't sure if they were going to buy it or not, but they were sure I could sell it.  Facebook hilarity ensued with some friends to let off steam over the failed commission deal and I got to talk to a good German friend of mine who recently got married and I hadn't gotten a gift for yet.  She has the most beautiful mouse habitat set up for her fur babies, and this over sized mouse doll is modeled after one of her favorite boys, Khelys.  I don't want it to sound like I make a habit of making fun of customers, then again that kid wasn't a customer, they were just interested in making me work for free.  Khelys took roughly 8 hours, a good portion spent flocking his face and paws.  I love the life-like look it gave him and hope I get to do more flocking in the future!
